The family worked hard and after 12 days of cleaning, measuring, brewing, and transferring, all the tanks are full and now we wait! Carbing and kegging coming soon! Thank you for your support throughout this journey, we are one step closer to opening!
CMB and 2COP are now in hand! We still have some work to do, but the pieces are coming together and we should be brewing soon! Thank you to Kevin Dion for building the custom panel for the brew system!
We received our Certificate of Completion! Thank you to Dennis Deal Construction, Gaudette Electric, Modern Plumbing, & Daniels Heating & Air Conditioning for all your hard work! It was a perfect combination of quality, integrity, honesty, and dedication to the job! We can’t thank you enough!
Today we are using our new @ssbrewtech e-controller to brew Mirror Panel! Our NEDIPA comes in at 8.01% abv and brewed with Idaho 7, El Dorado, Azacca, and Simcoe hops! We will be serving this at the #orlandowhiskeyfestival! Cheers!
QB-Barb: Blonde ale brewed with our own proprietary rub. An easy drinking crisp ale, with a hint of bbq spice. A brew that pairs well with food, especially BBQ. We will be serving QB-Barb at this years #orlandowhiskeyfestival, cheers!
We are adding more equipment to the brewery! The Craft Brew Water 1000 GPD reverse osmosis system will fill our 500 gallon water storage tank, from Chemical Containers of Lake Wales, FL. Thank you for all your help and advice!
The first outside contribution to the brewery came from my nieces. After seeing our location, my niece Chloe crunched the numbers and told my sister “I need $50 so Uncle Eric can buy this place”. After much planning for this “surprise” party, we were able to have the first celebratory party for Nine State Brewery; complete with decorations, homemade artwork, delicious food and family.
The day has finally come! We found a location and signed the lease today! Now the real fun starts! We appreciate all your support and we can’t wait to bring you some Nine State Brews! Keep following us to see our progress! Cheers!
